She is survived by: her son Burley Davis of Hazard; her daughter-in-law Melinda Collins Davis; her sister Nancy Combs; her son-in-law Herman Curtis; her caregiver Artha Collins; her close friends, Bobby and Jennifer Holland; and her grandchildren, Cody Davis, Brandon Davis, Alyssa Parmon and Katisha Davis.
