He is survived by : his mother Audrey Jean Fugate of Hazard, KY; his son Hayden Hunter Lee Fugate of Hazard, KY; his sister Denise Renae Fugate (James Saylor) of Hoskinston, KY; his nieces, Kara Renee Fugate of Hazard and Tessa Leigh Fugate of Hazard; his great-niece Railynn Jean Banks; and his great-nephew Kannon Michael Hayes. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
