She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Collins (Ben Crase); her grandchildren, Angel Campbell (Justin), Chris Collins (Brandi), Andrea Melton (Wayne) and Misty Frazier (James); and her great grandchildren, Connor, Lily, Skylar, Lucas, Ashley, Tamara, Amy, Tristan and Lexi. She is also survived by Eight Great-Great Grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
