She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Mitchell Wells and Bertha Trent Wells. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Kelly of Hazard; her children, Douglas Ray Ritchie of Hazard, Blaine Stewart Kelly and Rachel Marie Everage (Robbie); and her siblings, Ronnie Wayne Wells of Somerset, KY, Raymond Wells of Somerset, KY, Frank Wells of Somerset, KY and Carolyn Ann Wells of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren, and 1-great great grandchild; also a host of other relatives & friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
