He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bryant Allen; his children, Bryan Allen (Lynn), Enoch Earl Allen (Joy) of Hazard, Kentucky, Teresa Whitehead (Brad) of Florence, Kentucky and Heather Holmquist (Thirteen) of Hazard, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nancy Barnes (Andrew), Emily Melton (Joseph), Makayla Allen, Debbie Allen, Timothy Allen (Taylor), Brianna Allen, Brinkley Holmquist, Lyla Goodson, Piper Goodson of Hazard, Nicole Taul (Parker), Michael Landon (Jennifer), Wyatt Landon and Owen Landon of Florence, Kentucky; and his sisters, Maxine Lester and Emma Frazier (Bob) of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
