Campbell of Hazard, KY and Eddie Campbell (Wilma) of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Russell, Lyndsey, Mackenzie, Bailey (Brianna), Chance, Luke (Trysten), Riley and Ryan; and his great grandchild Alaina.
