He is survived by: his daughters, Tami Franks of Hazard, KY and Lori Franks Coward (Stephen); his sisters, Judy Spencer (Oscar) of Hazard, KY and Betty Joseph of London, KY; his grandchildren, Josh Blanton, Katherine Feltner, Shelby Feltner and Ashley Blake; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Vayla and Levi; his close friends, Becky Caudill and Mike Gibson; and his nephew Friends.
