It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ozma Napier of Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Fugate and Altie Amburgey Fugate; her husband James "Dickie" Napier; her children, Danny Napier and Altie Faye Combs; her granddaughters, Michelle Hall and Jammie Napier; and her sisters, Hail (Ella Faye Napier) of Arizona and Qulan Fugate (William Fugate).

She is survived by : her daughter Edna Mae Lee; her daughter-in-law Johnnie Napier; her sister Maxine Riggs; her grandchildren, Tonya Adams (Jason), Melissa Maggard (Arnold) and Ryan Keith Napier (Chrissie); her great grandchildren, Brooke Baker, Brandon Adams and Michael Adams; and her great great grandchildren, Nicholas Baker, Mason Baker and Ozma Grace Banks.

A reception was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the View Chapel (352 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701).
