She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Gail Fugate of Friendswood, TX.; her siblings, Arthur Tothe of Chicago, Dwayne Barnett of Pasadena, TX., Sarah Elizabeth Campbell of Ashland, KY and Donna Gail McAdams (Ricky) of Madisonville, TX.; her niece Christianne Clemons of Lost Creek, KY.; and her great-niece Kaitlynn Nicole Johnson of London, KY.. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews and a host great grandnieces and nephews, many cousins and friends.
