She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Keith and Geneva King Combs; and her children, Joey Rice and Rhonda Brashear. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Rice; her children, Bo Rice (Vicky), Ronnie Rice II (Melanie) and Regina Rice (Jenny); and her sisters, Patsy Craft of Hazard and Helen Ducey of Arizona.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Happy Freewill Baptist Church (221 Happy Cir, Happy, KY 41746). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
