It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula J. Rogers (Hazard, Kentucky), who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Jones and Clyda Gayheart Jones; her former husband Rudy Akemon; her husband Jamie Rogers; her brother Chester Jones; her niece Leann Jones; and her stepson Jamie "Doodle" Rogers.
She is survived by: her son Keenan Akemon (Dionna) of Lexington, KY; her siblings, Brenda Akemon of Hazard, KY, Tom Jones (Diane) of Viper, KY and Bobbie Jones (Peggy) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Sydney Ali (Amr), Rudy Akemon (Kendall), Kyle Bailey (Stephanie) and Kaden Miller; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Amir, Jayden and Luke; and her nephew Friends.
