She was predeceased by: her father James "Chubby" Campbell; her husband Taylor Fields; and her sisters, Alisa Burgett and Sandra Campbell. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Campbell of Big Creek, KY; her daughters, Angela Hatton (Tracie) of Hazard, KY and Amanda Middleton (Jeff) of Leslie County, KY; her siblings, Deborah Adams (Otis) of Hazard, KY, Bobby Campbell (Robbyn), Jeff Campbell of Hazard, KY and Freddie Campbell (Janice) of Knott County, KY; her grandchildren, Peyton, Jacob, Ryleigh and Emily; and her close friend Columbus.
