She is survived by: her husband Brack Combs; her sons, Hershel Combs (Amy) and David Combs (Tonya Cline); her grandchildren, Rylan Ashton Combs, Joseph Combs and Austin Combs; her great grandchild Rose; and her siblings, Danny Ray Grubbs, Harold Grubbs, Freddy Grubbs, Wiley Grubbs Jr., Teddy Grubbs, Sam Grubbs, Teresa Grubbs, Elizabeth Grubbs and Charlene Napier.
