He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Cassinelli and Frances Bianchi Cassinelli; his aunt Ernestine Whitaker; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Doniel Nicole Stidham. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cassinelli; and his stepchildren, Boyd Campbell, Bobbie Walker and Chelsey Deaton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Journey Christian Church (343 Lyttle Blvd, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
