He is survived by: his mother Marietta Spangler of Dayton; his son Jackson Bryant Adams of Glendale; and his siblings, Jeffery Adams of Premium, KY, Bobbie Adams of Colson, KY, Travis Adams of Ermine, KY, Jennifer Griffith of Englewood, Danita Dalcin of Lawrenceburg, KY and Teresa Caudill of Kingdom Come, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
