She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Willoughby and Mae Ballard Willoughby; and her sister Louise Willoughby Jones. She is survived by: her husband Roy Pulliam Jr.; her sons, Roy Christopher Pulliam (Shelly) of Hazard, KY and Brent Monroe Pulliam (Vivian) of Hazard, KY; her brothers, Doug Willoughby (Janice) of Lexington, KY and Jerry Willoughby (Brenda) of Nicholasville, KY; her close friend Pat Farler; her grandchildren, Chace Gabbard (Candace), Taylor Pulliam (Pearlie) and Lexie Pulliam (Matt); her great grandchildren, Daxton, Laikely, Gunner, Tayliah and Aaron; and her nephew Friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Bowman Memorial Methodist Church and ARH Volunteers.
