She is survived by: her son Matthew Couch (Amy); her close friend Rick Fugate; her siblings, Arko Shepherd (Lois), Leonard Shepherd (Bonnie) and Maggie Whitaker; her sister-in-law Genice Shepherd; her grandchildren, Krista Hampton (Stephen), Jennifer Caudill (BJ), Dylan Campbell (Haley) and Caden Couch; and her great grandchildren, Addison Hampton and Sawyer Caudill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
