He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene Campbell, Jr. and Ethel Rose Stacy Campbell; his grandparents, Paul Eugene Campbell, Sr., Virginia Campbell, Dewey Earl Stacy and Nancy Stacy; his granddaughter Luna Nicole Gray; his brother Paul Eugene Campbell III; and his nephews, Tyson Andrew Campbell, Shawn Wesley Combs, Joseph Scott Williams and Hunter Jace Shepherd.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn Marie Campbell of Happy; his children, Cheyann Nichole Campbell of Slemp, Riquel Diamond Campbell of Bonnyman and Aaron Michael Campbell of Huntington, IN; his siblings, Jennifer Combs (Randy), Lorie Rexroad (Mark), Stacy Campbell (Thomas Reed), Heather Combs (Jeremy Ardery), Rex Campbell (Michelle Parker) and Michael Campbell (Sue); and his close friends, John Shillings, Rob, Debbie Gibson and Brian Combs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
