He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Baker and Flora Fugate Baker; and his brother Rufus Baker. He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Jean Baker of Hazard; his sons, Timothy Scott Baker of Lexington, KY and Tommy Richard Baker of Big Creek, KY; his siblings, Don Baker of Hazard, Clara Sue Stidham of Hazard and Rose Uhir; and his grandchildren, Cory Baker and Casey Baker of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
