He is survived by: his wife Chloe Michelle Howard Combs of Hazard, KY; his children, Dennis Ryan Combs (Cheyenne) and Aysha Mattea Muncy of Hyden, KY; his uncle Matt Muncy of Hyden, KY; his father-in-law Bert Howard of Hyden, KY; his sister-in-law Chasity Howard (Shannon Asher); his nephews, James, Jayla Adams and Dylan Adams; and his pets, Paldo and Athena.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home for the funeral expenses.
