He is survived by: his wife Brenda Campbell of Hazard; his son Martin Scott Campbell of Hazard; his stepchildren, Bonnie Hogie and Mark of Fort; his siblings, Karen Patterson, Malcolm Campbell and James Patterson; his niece Laurie Campbell-Countryman; and his close friends, Terry, Jim Allen, Brian, Reggie, David, Stevie and Derek Jorge Campbell.
