He is survived by: his wife Bertha Rice Napier; his children, Robert Dwayne Napier (Selena) and Patricia Morgan; his grandchildren, Colby Napier, Connor Napier, Tyler Morgan (Lauren), Tanner Morgan (Sarah) and Grace Morgan; his great grandchildren, Isla Morgan and Theo Morgan; his sister Peggy Brewer; and his sister-in-law Louise Napier. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
