He is survived by: his son Roger Lee Turner, Jr. of Hazard; his sisters, Kathleen Turner McHugh of Chicago and Patty Turner Couch of Busy; his close friends, Joan Smith of Huntsville, AL and Rose Johnson of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; his stepchildren, Barbara Duff of Ohio, Vanessa Bergadon of Hazard and Brett Bergadon of Hazard; his grandchildren, Makayla, Sean, Andrew and Victoria; his stepgrandchildren, Alexis, Gunner and Theo; and his nephews, David, Paul and Benny.
In Lieu of Flowers, Donations may be made towards the funeral expenses.
