He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Napier; his wife Glenda Combs Napier; his parent Barter Napier; and his siblings, Ray Napier, Herman Napier and Waveline Brock.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Shrum (Terry Shrum) of Summerville, SC; his grandsons, Brandon (Harvey) and Darren (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Henry, Griffin, Norah and Sullivan; and his sister Janice Stacy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
