He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hillard Barnett and Rennie Faye Elam Barnett; his wife Betty Barnett of Hazard, KY; his children, Steve Barnett (Jennifer), Angie Crawford (Donnie) and Jason Barnett (Amanda); his brother Michael Barnett (Lema); his grandchildren, Cody (Lauren), Jon (Ricki Jo), Autumn (Cameron), Jacob, Dawson, Ethan and Landon; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Bella, Kyson, Sophia, Maddox, Jaelynn and Raegan; and his nieces, Lori Sheroan (Joey), Rae Ann Barnett, Jamie and Celenia Stacy (Scott).
