He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Watts and Eva Mae Watts; and his siblings, Leon Watts, Marion Watts Jr. and Margret Eversole.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Watts (Sandy) of Hazard, Kentucky, Mary Badger of New Albany, IN, Glenna Gayheart of Hazard and Rose Ross (Dan) of Winchester, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
