She was predeceased by: her parents, John Browning and Martha Combs Browning; her husband Higgins Smith; and her son Tommy Smith. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tommy Dale Smith of Hazard and Ashley Brewer of Clay City; and her nieces, Andra Goodson and Debra Schneider. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
