He is survived by: his mother Hattie Bowling Smith; his wife Ashley Oliver of Jeff, Kentucky; his sons, Samuel Oliver of Jeff, KY, David Oliver of Jeff, KY and Titus Oliver of Jeff, KY; his stepfather Doyle of Upper Second Creek; his brothers, Tony Earl Oliver (Chasity) and Golden Oliver (Leah); and his grandfather Earl C. Oliver of Lothair. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Victory Assembly of God (1 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
