She was predeceased by: her parents, Curt Caudill and Sarah Logan Caudill; her husband Arthur B. Smith; and her siblings, Charles Caudill (Patty), John Wayne Caudill (Shirley), Sadie Pat Tipton of Irvine, KY and Marsha Sams (Charles).
She is survived by: her children, Doug Smith (Andrea), David Smith (Wasanaa), Ronnie Curtis Smith (Charlotte) and Angie Miller (Steve); her grandchildren, Nicole Brown, Kyle Smith, Kelly Smith, Davey Smith, Victoria Smith, Kassandra Smith, Michael Smith, Jaxen Smith and Pauly Smith; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Brown, Abby Brown, Carson Brown and Eleanor Couch. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and other Relatives.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wells Hospice Care Center or to your local food bank.
