She was predeceased by: her parents, Gillis Thacker and Madeline Fisher; her brother Gillis Ray Thacker; and her grandparents, Ima Jean Thacker and Clinton Thacker.
She is survived by: her husband Mason Fields; her children, Jason Fields, Justin Fields (Tiffany), David Lewis, Clinton Thacker, Bridgett Thacker (Tommy Gayhart), Tiffany Thacker (Eric King), Heather Thacker (Preston Rice), Cheyenne Lewis and Chas Combs-Sattich; and her siblings, Clinton Thacker (Lorie), Odell Thacker, Jamie Daniels (Helen) and Annie Hamblin. She is also survived by grandchildren and nieces and nephews, and other friends and family.
