She is survived by: her mother Jina Smith; her children, Hunter Lewis and Shelby Lewis; her siblings, Bill Smith and Charley Smith (Chace Maggard); her nephew Parker Maggard; and her close friends, Whitney Ramey and Betty Barnett. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
