He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Roberts Bingham and Edna Claire Napier Bingham; his brothers, Rufus Bingham, Jr. and Timothy Bransford Bingham; his former wife Debra Lynn Combs Bingham; his son Joshua Cain Bingham; and his stepdaughter Jan Herald.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Bingham of Busy; his daughters, Lori Anne Howard (Brad) of Busy, Erin Nicole Day (Jessie) of Viper and Kari Lynn Deaton (John) of Busy; his stepchildren, Rachel Brashear, Robert of Paris, KY, Clyde Herald of Central City, KY and William Strong of Busy, KY; his granddaughters, Madison Renae Howard, Kelsey Noel Howard, Shelby Lynn Stump and Lilah Jayne Deaton; his stepgranddaughter Lexis Morris of Hazard; and his grandsons, Colson Gaige Stump and Declan Kain Stump. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
