He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Howard and Edna Coburn Howard; and his brother Galen L. Howard. He is survived by: his children, Steve Howard (Shawna), Randy Ritchie, Mishta Ritchie (Neil) and Chasity Mosley (Collin); his sister Cindy Jane Baird (Kevin) of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Emma Grace, Adrian Lashae, Nora Madison and Ethan; his nephews, Dennis Kyle Howard and Michael Howard; and his niece Brandi Meek.
