Teeuwissen (John); his wife Regina Marie Staten; his siblings, Phillip Staten, Rachel Bolyard Staten and Jason Shook; his children, Steven Staten, Landon Wiley, Autumn Stacy, Justin Stacy, Zachary Henry and Courtney Henry; and his grandchildren, Joseph Stacy, Nicholas Stacy, Marcus Stacy, Elijah Stacy, Isaac Stacy, Isaiah Stacy, Maraina Ortiz, Rylan Higbee, Austin Wolinski, Harper Henry, Daniel Rush and Babygirl Henry. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
