She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lee Slone; her parent Juanita Jacobs Jenkins; her adoptive parents, Joyce Jacobs and Randolph Jacobs; and her brothers, Timothy "Bo" Jacobs and Randolph "Jake" Jacobs Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Ryan Slone and Jeffrey Hunter Slone; and her brothers, Elisha "Grouch" Jacobs, Jeffrey "Jeff" Jacobs, Joey "Robbie" Sparkman, Dale Sparkman, Chris Jenkins, Jason Jenkins and Michael Paige. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
