She is survived by: her husband Herman David Adkins; her children, Sydney Couch (Darien) of Happy, KY and Samuel Eythan Combs (Kay) of Happy, KY; her siblings, Phyllis Rakowski (Denny) of Florence, KY, Rick Mullins of Happy, KY and Denzil Mullins Jr. (Connie) of Happy, KY; her grandchildren, Alexis, Skylar, Riley, Ryder, Kylie and Darien "Wes"; her great grandchild Peach; and her nephew Friend.
