He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronelta Green Henderson of Clinton, Kentucky. and Ira Lee Henderson of Clinton, Kentucky.. He is survived by: his son Steven Henderson of Wingo, Kentucky; and his sisters, Connie Adams of Hazard and Myra Campbell of Pensacola, Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Terry's name to the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center or the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center.
