He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Isaac Jr. and Betty Brooks Isaacs. He is survived by: his son Michael Isaacs of Hazard, KY; his siblings, Karen Hall (Greg) of Hazard, KY, Kathy Patrick (Tim) of Hazard, KY, Sue Kemper (John) of Lexington, KY and Steve Isaacs (Kay) of Lexington, KY; his close friend Nancy Campbell; and his cousin Cheri Rowlett.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Hazard ARH Cancer Center, Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care, Wounded Warrior Project & Isaac Scholarship Fund at Hazard High School.
