He is survived by: his wife Letha Patterson; his sons, Charlie Patterson (Becky), Jarrod Patterson (Stacey) and Joshua Patterson (Deana); his grandchildren, Haley Patterson, Bryce Spencer, Jackson Patterson (Landrie) and Ketcher Patterson; and his sister Sharon Caudill (Clyde Michael). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Special Friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bowman Methodist Church (701 High St, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hospice center or charity of your choice.
