She was predeceased by: her parents, William Woods and Alta Evans Woods; her husband Dave Fields; her children, Donna Fields, Larry Fields and Wayne Fields; and her siblings, Wortha Mason, Charles, Worley, Jay, Gerald and Olen.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Crouch (Lee) of Lexington, KY and William Fields (Anita) of Richmond, KY; her grandchild Twenty; and her nephew Friends.
