She was predeceased by: her parents, Damon Couch and Lizzie Statzer Couch; her husband Clayton Stamper; her daughter Nancy Faye Stamper (Noah); and her sisters, Mildred and Bobbie.

She is survived by: her sons, Cliff Stamper (Lisa) of Hazard, KY, Clayton Stamper (Tiffany) of Hazard, KY and Samuel Stamper (Elaina) of Prestonburg, KY; her sisters, Nancy Aileen Combs of Hazard, KY and Lydia Heathman (Tommy) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Harper Stamper, Tyler Stamper, Jamaica Farler and Jayla Miller; and her great grandchildren, Willow and Zaley.

A reception will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the View Chapel (352 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701).
