We are sad to announce that, on September 29, 2022, at the age of 87, Wayne Smith of Hazard, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Mabel Fields Smith; and his wife Laura Lee Smith. He is survived by: his children, Susan Smith Mosely (Hughie) of Hazard, KY, Michael Wayne Smith (Judy), Kenneth "Pat" Smith (Julie) of Mason, OH and Charles "Doug" Smith (Glen) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Katie, Laura Beth, Heather and Kyle.
