With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Baker of Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Baker and Effie Fugate Baker; his son David Baker; and his siblings, Curtis Jr., G. C. Baker, Geraldine Campbell, Eva Bryant, Nell Haslip and Christine Jent.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Baker; his children, Kim Conley (Robert) of Prestonsburg, KY and Kenneth Combs (Tracey) of Hazard, KY; his siblings, Bert Baker of Hazard, KY and Nancy Campbell (Carl); his grandchildren, Austin Crawford, Sierra Crawford, Wyll Conley, Jayden Conley, Corey Conley, Nicholas Combs, Misty Combs, Sydney Combs and Miranda Cochran; and his nephew Friends.
