He was predeceased by: his parents, Farmer Crawford of Hazard, KY and Margaret Marlin Crawford of Hazard, KY; and his siblings, Ovie Sammons, Clifford Crawford, Olen Crawford and Wilma Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Napier Crawford; his children, Sandy Campbell (Pete), Renee Parris (Michael) of Hillsborough, NC, Melissa Brashear (Tony), Stacy Allen (Derek), Manual Dean Crawford of Hazard, KY, David Crawford (Amanda) and Austin Patrick Crawford (Kayla Caldwell); his grandchildren, LaToya Couch, Cailyn Collett, Josh Smallwood, Hannah Combs, Katie Mullins, Emma Grace Parris, Spencer Parris, Parker Brashear, Austin Blake Crawford, Sierra Crawford, Haylee Miller, Chloe Crawford, Zoey Crawford, Bailee Allen and Skye Allen; his great grandchildren, Aleeah Couch, Zach Couch, Rylan Couch, Adaline Combs, JaceLynn Collett, Logan Collett and Kynslee Collett; his friends, Ellen Vance (Steven), Dale Hazelwood, Dickie Piercefield, James Archey and Jimmy Dickerson; and his siblings, Evelyn Neace of Dewitt, VA, Lou Verna Couch (Skeet) of Mooresburg, TN and Ed Crawford (Gladys) of Hazard, KY. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Relatives.
