He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Fugate; his stepchildren, Crystal Smith (Roger) and Timothy Engle (Debbie); his brother Darrell Fugate (Aleece); and his grandchildren, Eric Engle, Zachary Smith and Kaelyn Smith.
