He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Couch of Lakeland, FL, Tracy Ann Couch of Hazard, Treva Joyce Couch of Lakeland, FL, Renee Benson of Sioux City, IA and Rama Sumner of Lakeland, FL; and his aunt Joyce Spencer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
