He is survived by: his wife Laura Pelfrey Gabbard of Jackson, KY.; his father Harvey Gabbard; his stepmother Sharon Little of Hazel Green, KY.; his sister Tammy Gabbard of Cincinnati, OH.; his stepsiblings, Shelley Spencer, Sara Jones and David Little; his niece Katie Quillen (Emilee Jones); his nephew Victor Jones III; and his cousins, Jamie, Jill Moore, Gary Gabbard, Heather Grizaffe and Robbie Moore. He is also survived by other family members and many other friends.
