He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Landrum Gabbard; his grandparents, Roy, Gretchen Gabbard, Luther and Ogie Landrum; his uncles, Andy Gabbard and R. D. Gabbard; and his aunt Anne Gabbard.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Pelfrey Gabbard of Jackson, KY.; his father Harvey Gabbard; his stepmother Sharon Little of Hazel Green, KY.; his sister Tammy Gabbard of Cincinnati, OH.; his stepsiblings, Shelley Spencer, Sara Jones and David Little; his sibling's children, Katie Quillen (Emilee Jones) and Victor Jones III; and his cousins, Jamie, Jill Moore, Gary Gabbard, Heather Grizaffe and Robbie Moore. He is also survived by other family members and many other friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
