He is survived by: his wife Oneida Elkins Vest of Hazel Green, Kentucky; his daughters, Laurie Lynn Vest-Prater (Kevin) of Hazel Green and Kim Vest Kincaid of Clay City, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Prater of Hazel Green, Laken Kincaid of Lexington and Gunner Kincaid of Clay City, Kentucky.
