He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Pelley and Geneva Pelley (Colston); his former wife Emily Ann Pelley (Hempfling); and his wife Margaret Ann "Peggy" Pelley (Justice). He is survived by: his sons, Harvey F. "Hoagie" Pelley, II (Jill) and John F. Pelley; his stepdaughter Charity Barth; his sister Carolyn Sue Maxwell (Dave); his grandsons, Jacob Pelley (Lauren), Adam Pelley (Jessica), Scott Pelley (Alison), Michael Pelley (Anna) and Kevin Pelley; his great grandchildren, Emerson Pelley, Foster Pelley, Colston Pelley, Eloise Pelley, Jack Pelley, John Pelley, Courtland Pelley, Wesley Pelley, Josephine Pelley and Caplan Pelley; and his nieces, Jane Lynn Cozad and Julie Kalan.
