It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lydia Linahan of Hebron, Kentucky, born in McKee, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Lakes and Barbara Haun; and her sister Marion Mavridoglou. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Linahan; her children, Debbie Riehle (Chris), Michelle Buckingham (Tony) and Michael Linahan; her granddaughter Dallas Nichole Bailey (Todd); her siblings, Ron Lakes and Kathy Alcorn; her half-sisters, Sheila, Donna and Betty; and her grandsons, Anthony, Michael and Christopher Buckingham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Linnemann Funeral Homes (1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the American Heart Association, or the American Cancer Society.
